Welcome to the Osteïs* guesthouse!!
Our cottage is nestled in Vincelottes, a charming town in the Yonne region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, a stone's throw from Chablis and Auxerre.
Surrounded by hills and vineyards, it offers an ideal setting for lovers of walks and nature.
It is an ideal starting point for a getaway in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, between walks through the vines and tastings of great wines such as Chablis, Irancy or Saint-Bris.
You will enjoy discovering the charming surrounding villages, as well as the Yonne river which flows right in front of the cottage.
With its large capacity and typical Burgundy house style, it is the ideal place to get together with family, friends or for a business trip.
In addition, shops and restaurants are nearby, making your organization easier!

This large Burgundian house, accommodating up to 15 people, is ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions. You will find several parking spaces in front of the house, as well as a courtyard for parking your vehicles. A garage is also available for a car, motorcycles, or bicycles.
The main entrance, facing the river, opens onto a terrace perfect for relaxation. Next to the house, a pétanque court awaits, and we provide tables, benches, and a griddle for enjoying your meals outdoors in a peaceful public space.
