Welcome to the Osteïs* gîte!!
Our gîte is nestled in Vincelottes, a charming town in the Yonne region of Burgundy-Franche-Comté, a stone's throw from Chablis and Auxerre.
Surrounded by hills and vineyards, it offers an ideal setting for lovers of walks and nature.
It is a dream starting point for a getaway to the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, between walks through the vines and tastings of great wines such as Chablis, Irancy or Saint-Bris.
You'll enjoy exploring the charming surrounding villages, as well as the Yonne River, which flows right past the cottage. Bicycles are available free of charge to help you make the most of your stay.
In addition, shops and restaurants are nearby, making your organization easier!
Our gîte, with its large capacity and typical Burgundy house style, is the ideal place to meet up with family, friends or for a business trip. Thanks to its location close to Auxerre, it also provides an accommodation solution for companies and teams on the move, whether for a seminar, a temporary assignment or a construction site in the Yonne.

Gite Osteis.Grande capacité (15 personnes)
This large Burgundian house, accommodating up to 15 people, is ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions. You will find several parking spaces in front of the house, as well as a courtyard for parking your vehicles. A garage is also available for a car, motorcycles, or bicycles.
The main entrance, facing the river, opens onto a terrace perfect for relaxation. Next to the house, a pétanque court awaits, and we provide tables, benches, and a griddle for enjoying your meals outdoors in a peaceful public space.
